Constance Briggs
Part-time Instructor of English
Kennesaw State University

Constance Briggs left a career as a technical writer in an engineering and environmental company to become a stay-at-home mom to her three children. After numerous years volunteering for PTAs, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and recreational sports and service leagues, she decided to return to school to pursue her life-long dream of becoming a college instructor. Currently, Connie is enjoying her mid-life career change as a part-time instructor of English at KSU. In her spare time away from parenting and teaching, Connie is writing a novel about her grandfather's first cousin who was a notorious outlaw in early Twentieth-Century Florida.
