William B. Valmyr is the CEO of Transformational Leadership, LLC and he serves as the president of Higher Call Ministries International. Dr. Valmyr is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University (B.S., M.S., Ed.S.); Knox Theological Seminary (M.A.); South Florida Theological Seminary (Ph.D.) and Oral Roberts University (D.Min. ABD). He also earned a letter/certificate of attendance from Yale University where he studied and completed research on Human Rights in Africa and the Middle East (July 2017).  He was also selected to participate in The Religious Literacy Project, a curriculum review, and development project that was held at the Center for the Study of World Religions at Harvard University's Divinity School (August 2017).

In his 20th year of teaching, Dr. Valmyr teaches U.S. History and College Success Strategies in Broward County Public Schools. He also serves as a Part-Time Assistant Professor at Kennesaw State University where he teaches leadership courses. In addition, he is also an adjunct professor at Broward College and Southeastern University. He is a certified trainer, speaker, and coach with The John Maxwell Team. His mission is to work with individuals and their organizations to provide innovative tools to help them fulfill their God-given purpose by “Empowering leaders and strengthening visions.”  

He also serves as an educational and leadership consultant to various institutions (academic, churches, non-profit, and for-profit organizations). He is passionate about adding value to others through teaching and leadership training. He has trained leaders in Europe and Africa.  He is the author of Christianity and Culture: A Christian Perspective on Worldview Development (Xulon Press, 2009) and Leadership Potential 101: 5 Essential Steps to Implementing a Personal Growth Plan (Transformational Leadership, 2015). He is a resident of Coral Springs, Florida.
