If your first session isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll rematch you or refund it in full. After that first hour, unused sessions in a package come back to you on a sliding scale set by how long ago you bought it. The Refund Policy states each tier in full, including the point at which sessions stop being refundable.
Pricing FAQs
Are there any hidden fees?
None. There is no signup fee, no matching fee, no platform fee and no charge for materials. The number on the card is the number you pay.
What is your refund policy?
Your first session is refundable in full if you tell us within 24 hours. After that, unused package sessions are refunded on a scale that steps down with time since purchase — the Refund Policy page lists the exact percentages.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes, free of charge with more than 24 hours' notice. Inside that window the session is charged, since the tutor has already held the time. Emergencies are handled case by case.
Do packages expire?
Starter runs for 3 months from purchase and Growth for 6. Monthly Unlimited has no expiry because it renews monthly until you stop it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay. Packages are charged in full at purchase; single sessions are charged when you book them.
Is there a discount for multiple subjects?
There's no surcharge to begin with. A package can be split across as many subjects as you like, and Monthly Unlimited covers all of them by default.
